Beautiful Canal Front, Nautical Theme Home with downstairs outdoor TIki Bar

This rental has everything you need for a family vacation, couples getaway, or fishing trip. The gulf is a short distance via the canal (tidal, this means on low tide there is no water) beside the house. There is a fish cleaning station with water, outdoor shower, tiki bar with small fridge (our favorite spot), space for one car, and a swing on the concrete slab beneath the house. There is three additional parking spaces in front of the house and a long parking space that will accommodate a truck and boat trailer. Only 12 stairs up, the home has a wrap around deck on three sides with a gas grill. You can see the sun and moon rise from the deck. The entry also has a screened in deck if you choose to eat outside. NO PETS ALLOWED. The home has a nautical theme with vinyl wood like floors throughout, white distressed furniture and beautiful wall hangings. It sleeps up to 6 people with 2 full baths. There are 2 bedrooms, and a queen size air mattress. The kitchen has everything you need, including , toaster, 1 cup pod coffee maker, microwave, blender, and crockpot. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, cooking utensils, eating utensils, and plastic containers with lids. The table sits 4 and the bar sits 3 in the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer. The sitting area has a leather couch, loveseat, and recliner. The fireplace is electric with a remote control plus there is central heat and air. The home has wireless internet with a large flat screen tv. There is also a fire ring with a grate at the end of the canal for a cozy fire or cooking oysters. We suggest picking up your groceries before arrival because there is no grocery store in HSB. Local attractions: (all within .5 walking distance) The Point: Catch one of the most beautiful sunsets at this cul-de-sac at the end of town. The Shrimp Boat Restaurant: Some of the best seafood on the gulf coast! They also serve salads, burgers, and sandwiches. They offer a full bar. Usually open 11am-8:30pm, Thursday-Saturday. Salty Shoe: Get all of your Horseshoe Beach souvenirs from this apparel shop. It also carries Toad Fish, Brumate, Hey Dudes, Cobian and Aftco products. The Horseshoe Beach Marina: This is where you can purchase gas, fishing gear, snacks, some grocery items, beverages, rent a golf cart or a kayak, and put your boat in via lift. Florida Cracker Shrimp and Bait Company: This is the place to purchase live shrimp for bait. They also have frozen bait and ice available by the bucket or basket. Shoe Crew Rentals: Rent a golf cart or boat. Up the Limit Fishing Charters: If you want to catch some fish this is your guy! He offers inshore and offshore trips.
