The space Early check in and late check out is available for an additional fee. Early check in is a flat fee of $45 and late check out is $30 per hour for every hour past 11 am eastern. We do ask that our guest check out promptly at 11am EST and any check out past 11 will be charged a minimum late check out fee of $30. We will do our best to accommodate early/late check outs but there are instances where it may not feasible. There is also a pet fee if guests are bringing pets into the home.
