Private individual rents a 30m2 studio at Arc 2000, Aiguille Rouge residence on the snow front in the heart of the resort: ski-in ski-out at the bottom of the building, ESF and ski lessons start in front of the building on the esplanade. Shops at the bottom of the building. The studio is ideal for a family of 4, maximum 5 people. It has an entrance with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, a corridor with a cabin bathroom (wc, sink, bath), a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed with a pull-out bed. The apartment is very functional. There is a balcony with sun all morning until around noon depending on the time of winter. The balcony overlooks the peaks of the Aiguille Rouge and the lanchettes, the departure of the chairlift being at the bottom of the building. Ski locker in the hallway next to the apartment entrance door. Linen not provided. Cleaning to be done before the arrival of the following tenants. Deposit: 300Euro (s) 30% deposit on booking.
