Quiet villa with private pool, Uzès within walking distance

Welcome to the South of France, to our beautiful town of Uzès, which has been awarded 3 stars in the Michelin Green Guide. Every Wednesday and Saturday, the famous Place aux Herbes welcomes you to its local market. Our 110 m2 single-family home is in a great location, a 10-minute walk from downtown. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool or relax in the garden under an olive tree... Large living room of 47 m², 3 bedrooms (sleeps 4) a shower room, 2 toilets. The space The house is new (2016), the living room / kitchen of 47 m2 is fully open for more conviviality. There are two bedrooms with 140 X 200 double beds and one bedroom with two 90 X 200 twin beds. Sheets, duvets and pillows are provided. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, stove, range hood, dishwasher), everything is provided for your comfort (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air conditioning). The alarm-secured pool is private and only used by the occupants of the house. Guest access Large parking area inside the property (up to two vehicles) Other things to note The villa is located in a very quiet area, and out of respect for our neighborhood, bachelorette/bachelor parties are not allowed. Please note that the house is not suitable for children under 13 years of age.
