Chef and assistant cook are available upon request. Services : Villa Teana features a dedicated team of staff to service guests in the villa. One Villa Manager Our Manager meets and greets all guests upon arrival and leads the team to satisfy and exceed the expectations of each guest. Two Villa Attendants The villa attendants work in shifts to attend to all housekeeping and laundry services. They also work cooperatively with the on-call chef and butler to serve guests of the villa. The attendants perform the daily offerings throughout the villa in keeping with Balinese Hindu tradition. Chef and Cook Villa Teana is proud to have an excellent chef trained in local & international cuisine who works with a capable assistant cook. The chef takes personal responsibility for market shopping to ensure the freshest and best quality produce, seafood and meats. Pool Fence We can also arrange pool fence for the guest who has small children to keep them safe and secure and this available upon request with additional cost at guest's account. one Security Guards The security guards are hired from the local village to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises. Baby-Sitter Baby sitter service including baby cots, high chair, toddler car seat and child booster seat are available upon request with additional cost at guest's account. Spa and Massage Spa and massage services are available upon request with additional cost at guest's account. Car with Driver and Tour Services We can help arrange and coordinate your needs to enjoy the trip of exploring Bali with car and English speaking driver. Other things to note Check In and Check Out: CHECK-IN TIME: after 2:00 PM CHECK-OUT TIME: before 12:00 PM (noon) Early check-in (max. by 11:00 AM) is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability. Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate. For conventional meter, the electricity charge per KWH will be calculated from the date of check in until 3 hours before check out and must be paid 1 hour before check out. For token/prepaid meter, guests can purchase an electricity token code as needed and the villa staff will be ready to help buy it. Breakfast.
