Nestled in Rabun County, GA this once outdated tiny cottage has been transformed into a small tiny gem. The tiny house includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, bathroom with shower and a great front porch. Outside you will find 8 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, grill (charcoal), fire pit, and a small waterfall with a porch. The tiny house is on our lil farm property by the creek. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house not a presidential suite and it can get a little cozy! Also, the tiny house is located on our property and there is another tiny house on site that we rent. This site is located at the back and more private. The hot tub for this site is not shared with other guests. The waterfall porch is a shared area.
