Also has a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a traditional coffee machine, a toaster, oven with microwave incorporated. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail. Smart-TV, double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed). Seating area with garden views and Ria Formosa. The Complex has a bar, restaurant, bicycle hire service, tennis court, children's club and supermarket. Self-Service laundry with washing machines and dryers, very closer to the apartment. The pool is 250m away and is seasonal and is normally available usually from Easter onwards, but we cannot absolute guarantee this as it is the decision of the Resort management. Free parking place in the Complex private parking area, and 4 free passes for the train. There are public buses to Santa Luzia and Tavira, which stop right next to the resort's reception. There is also a new cycle path and a walkway between Pedras D'El Rei, Santa Luzia and Tavira along the coast, providing a very pleasant stroll. You can rent a bike in the Complex reception. Baby bed available, 20€ per stay, need reservation. Private transportation from airport, please ask. Guest access Free access to the Resort pool, and free passes for the train to the beach. Other things to note Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus. For this reason, all guests of every reservation need to show their passports, so we can collect the required information.
