NETFLIX, dining table, kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine & coffee, toaster, you can make yourself comfortable especially on your double king size bed. The space Our wonderful apartment is characterized by the very high level of comfort and modern furnishings. Whether you want to rest after a hard day's work, a long day at the fair or from shopping or sightseeing in Stuttgart & surroundings - this is the place to be. Coffee? Help yourself to the Nespresso machine. In addition to a few basics such as spices and the like, the kitchen is fully equipped. On the smart TV, you can simply watch your favorite movie/series via Netflix. The double king size bed (200 x 200) is freshly made for you and offers you the necessary sleeping comfort so that you are fit again the next day. In the bathroom there are plenty of fresh towels. Numerous other bathroom utensils can also be found there. Guest access The Echterdingen S-Bahn station is practically at your doorstep in just 100 m. The bus connection 814 is also only 150 m from the house. If you are traveling by car, you can park it in the apartment's underground garage for a fee or in the parking spaces for free - if available. Supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. Other things to note The Echterdinger brewery is practically next door. The Wirtshaus zur Schwedenscheuer or the Paulaner am Kirchplatz are also highly recommended on foot in 350 m. Just one S-Bahn (suburban train) station away, you will find in summer the most beautiful and largest beer garden in the region, the Swabian Garden in Leinfelden. Early check-in 12h/late check out 12h on request- €20. Since we are a vacation rental, we only provide an emergency ration of toilet paper and no coffee. You'll also see it in the amenities list. Please bring it yourself. Guests must provide their ID details via an online check-in prior to arrival.
