Layout Ground Floor: Mudroom, laundry with toilet, kitchen/dining/ lounge room, patio with BBQ. First Floor: Master bedroom, loft bedroom, main bathroom with bath, separate toilet Bedding Configuration: Set bedding configuration can not be changed Bedroom 1, First Floor: 1 x Queen Bed Loft Room, First Floor: 2 x Single Bed + 1 x Single Ottoman (suitable for a small child only) All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied for your stay. Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months. Guest access Access to all of our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) The code will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
