To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, baby bassinet, washing machine and dryer - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bar - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All rooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, attached bathrooms and lake/mountain views. - The room on the ground floor and one of the rooms on the first floor has an attached, furnished balcony. - 1 room has a queen-sized bed and 2 rooms have a king-sized bed. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a well-furnished living room on the ground floor, that offers sofa-style seating for up to 10 people. - It is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi access and a wired music system. It is not equipped with an AC or cooler. - There is a separate dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people. - The living room opens up to the sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. lawn, complete with a swing. - It offers seating arrangements for up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a private swimming pool overlooking the unending expanses of greenery and the lake. - The pool is 4x8 metres in size and 6 ft. in depth. - Guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the bar counter, near the pool. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, amidst nature and splendid mountainscapes. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn or swing away to your heart’s content. Relish your morning cup of coffee in the furnished balconies, offering views of the lake and the hills. Play indoor games like cards or ludo. Enjoy your favourite drinks by the bar. Rejuvenate and unwind and embrace the beauty around. ADD-ON SERVICES - The washing machine can be used at no additional charge. -Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. - Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. - The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any guest requirements. - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. - The location of the villa is secluded. - This is not a wheelchair friendly property. - There are 2 friendly dogs residing at the property. - Pets are not allowed on the beds. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Guests are requested to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure as the property may be prone to insects and bugs. - In case of a power outage, the 3.5KVA inverter can support all the appliances except for the AC and water heater for up to 14 hours. - Additionally, a 25KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 22 hour. - The staff members stay on the premises of the same property. - A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
