This new construction one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a beautiful lot next to the main house and can host 2+1 extra guests. It's near the city center, train/bus stations. It has an open kitchen fireplace, a balcony, free Wi-Fi and parking. Please note that the bedroom is on a second floor with a sloping ceiling and a compact shower/bathroom. This is a non-smoking property built to accommodate comfortable short-term stays versus a long-term family living. English speaking host. The space The place is in a very green area only 2-3 km from Train & Bus stations, city center, old town and the biggest arena in the Baltic States (Žalgirio arena). Bus stop, Botanical Garden, grocery store within 5-10 min. free parking. Guest access On the first floor guests will have access to living room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini fridge, gas stove, dishes, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery etc. TV with local channels, free Wi-Fi. Upstairs is a bedroom with a beautiful view out the window, queen size bed, small toilet and shower, two wardrobes. Other things to note No parties. No smoking in the house.
