This 500 sq ft unit offers 2 queen beds and a loveseat. A full kitchen and 1/2 bath room with linens, as well as towels. We have an indoor pool/spa, fitness equipment, arcade games and a catch & release pond! We are nestled away in the country 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 beaches. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. We offer short & long term. There are 2 separate units in this house. This unit is backed up to the laundry facility. Guest access Pool, spa, fitness room and game room hours are 9 am to 11 pm everyday unless other arrangements have been made with the owner prior to check in. All common areas (pool & hot tub room, inside the farmhouse and laundry facilities) are under audio & video surveillance at all times.
