The Casa Memory is located on top of the hill of Crikvenica, away from loud music and noisy traffic, yet only less then 15 min walk to the beach. We are glad to offer you a place to enjoy your holidays with beautiful view onto the nature, small chapel, and the Adriatic sea.  Our goal is to provide you with the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday you can have on the north Adriatic. The space The villa contains four levels or three levels plus a ground floor, depends where you from. There are four levels that are connected via internal or eternal stair case which can be separated. The fist floor include a cozy living room with a dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.  The villa has two entires, one from the front of the villa to the ground floor which joins to the 2nd level and rear entrance to the 3rd and the 4th floor.  Once you walk up the stairs from the ground floor onto the second level you will be welcomed by a huge living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge hearth warming balcony. The third level which can be accessed via the external stairs from the balcony or the back of the villa ( you can seperate into 2 + 2 levels for privacy ). As mentioned the third level has it’s own entrance via rear of the villa. Third level consists of a combined living room, dining room and a kitchen. The third level also includes a large bathroom and a bedroom with a huge terrace.Finally the rooftop consists of a massive master bedroom which include it’s own private toilet, and resting area with it’s Guest access The villa offers the private pool, BBQ area, sun tanning area and a garden with a beautiful bamboo covered area for relaxation. The guests are more then welcome to come and experience the beauty of the hinterland and the coast line but unfortunately due to the Croatian law they are not allowed to sleep over unless you notify the land lord about they stay which we must register and will cost extra for registration etc. Other things to note Casa Memory is a hidden gem offering everything you will need for a holiday you have ever wished for.
