You will be living in an artist's villa in a class of its own. 4 bedrooms on the first floor, plus 2 spacious bathrooms and 1 guest toilet offer you the space you need for a nice day in the Alps. On the ground floor you live from morning to evening with a spectacular view over the Leitzach valley and the adjoining mountains. A spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an area for regular laundry offer you the space to "work" that you need for the vacation household. The space Let the pictures convince you. The house is full of details, full of art and awaits in the basement with its own gym, a self-built sauna and a spectacular garden. From the house you can directly explore the mountains. Whether it's the Leitzach Valley, the Wendelstein or the Birkenstein. The mountains and pure nature are at your feet. Other things to note Spices, vinegar/oil are not included in the basic equipment, as we are not allowed to provide this for hygienic reasons. If the booked apartment is left in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge for special cleaning. For the fireplace we provide a firewood bag with lighter, matches and firewood for 1-2 fires on request. The cost is €25.
