One king bedroom, with its own en-suite and walk-in shower, is conveniently located on the ground floor, alongside a powder room. Upstairs, you'll find two more king-sized rooms and a twin room, complemented by a family bathroom, ensuring restful nights for all. Within Parkfields, an internal private courtyard offers a tranquil moment beside a fish pond. On the other side of the house, the private garden beckons. It’s here that guests can indulge in the rejuvenating embrace of the hot tub, the perfect end to any day. But Parkfields isn't just about individual relaxation. As part of Timber Hill's expansive grounds, guests have a plethora of amenities at their fingertips. As well as access to all of the Timber Hill grounds and services. *Access Statement for Parkfields* For any further details or specific access-related queries, guests can contact us directly. We are always available to provide information and assistance. Parking: Parking is located adjacent to the property on a sloping gravel area. Approach and Entrance: From the parking area, guests will need to navigate 3 steps and traverse a 15m walk across a private gravel courtyard. There are an additional 3 steps leading to the main entrance of Parkfields. Ground Floor: Once inside, the ground floor provides level access, primarily laid with luxury click laminate flooring. A king-sized bedroom is available on this floor, equipped with an en-suite that includes a walk-in shower. Please note that there are no grab rails present in the shower or the en-suite. Upper Floor: The other three bedrooms and an additional bathroom are located upstairs, accessed via a staircase. External Areas: From the property's conservatory, there's a step leading to the garden without a handrail. An alternate access point to the garden is available through a side door, which features a small ramp. This leads onto slightly uneven 'crazy paving' style slabs that traverse through the garden. Additional Information: Unfortunately, there's no ramped access to the main entrance of the property. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay.
