Cozy Old Town Apartment

My place is in the very heart the old town, adjacent to the Adriatic sea, culture and night life. You’ll love my apartment because of its incredible views, cosiness, and a well-equipped kitchen. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Sea Organ is just a few minutes away, as are the cathedral of St. Anastasia and the medieval Church of St. Donat. The space Located on a 3rd floor walk-up, it's a small apartment perfect for couples, solo and work travelers. It has all the amenities of a bigger apartment - bed, sofa and tv, storage space, kitchen and dining space, and a private bathroom. The most frequently asked question answered: the bed is 140x200 cm, the mattress is firm, and there is no other sleeping option. It's bright, airy, and light, with a great view of Zadar's cultural heritage sights and the sea. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. You can access the apartment by stairs only. For the smokers, there's a common terrace outside of the apartment where you can enjoy a smoke. Other things to note Please be aware that we are located in the middle of the historic old town, so parking spaces are limited, especially during the summer months. If you are arriving in your car, there is public parking just outside of the apartment building, as well as street parking. It's paid parking, from 8.00-22.00, and the price varies according to seasonality. We cannot reserve parking places for our guests, and the guests are responsible for securing their own parking spots.
