TWO OF THREE is the solution proposed by iRicci for families or groups of 5 people. The BLUE room (double) and the ORANGE room (triple) are two of the three rooms available in the apartment, with a double or twin bed. The private bathroom, equipped with a large shower, is located outside the two rooms. A refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave are available for guests in the "breakfast room" for a self-catering breakfast. The space Located in the main avenue of Monfalcone, in a building of the 60s, the apartment on the 5th floor, equipped with elevator and stairs, consists of 3 rooms, two bathrooms and "breakfast corner" . The ORANGE room overlooks the tree-lined avenue with a balcony, while the BLUE room overlooks the internal courtyard and the Monfalcone Cathedral. The bathroom, large and equipped, with a large shower, is adjacent to the two rooms. The breakfast corner (common area also for guests of the 3rd room) is perfect for preparing coffee , tea, juices and toast on your own. Drinks and food can be stored in the refrigerator. Guest access On request, the possibility of using the private parking (paid service), which is located about 100 meters from the apartment. During your stay We will welcome you upon your arrival and will be present upon your departure. We will be available to provide you with local indications as well as to respond to your needs/emergencies. The apartment is located a few meters from our residence and allows us to reach you in a short time. We require a telephone contact before your arrival to allow an optimal check-in service.
