The unit is connected to the internet with fibre and has a smart TV for Netflix DSTV, Youtube. The space The studio is situated beneath the main house, with it’s own private driveway. It is very quiet as there are no neighbours and we don’t use that side of the The studio has a combined lounge dining area with a kitchen separating this area from the bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet, basin and recently tiled shower. During the summer we the studio remains cool as it is below the main house. For cold Grahamstown winter nights there is an effective three panel gas heater and electric blanket. Linen is crisp 300 strand Egyptian cotton. Toiletries provided: body wash and hand soap. The furniture is modern and new. The round table seats 4. To make you feel at home there is welcome bottled water, chocolate and home made health rusks. For stays of four nights or longer there is a complimentary bottle of wine. Coffer, tea, sugar and milk is also provided as well condiments.
