The apartment building is an old stable building that we have just completely renovated and brought back to life with 9 serviced apartments. It is operated as a hotel business. As a result, the apartment is fully equipped (made beds, towels, shower gel, umbrella, etc.). Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided. Apartment 3 is split into two rooms. A living/dining area with its own terrace and a sleeping area with an open bathroom. The space The apartments are all brand new and modernly furnished. All apartments have a built-in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, stove, etc. All bathrooms are designed as daylight bathrooms. In addition, in 8 apartments you will find a great sofa that can be converted into a cozy sofa bed with mattress. The apartments are fully equipped (towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). Just arrive and feel good. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request a wedge cushion. On the beautiful terrace with fantastic views of the countryside, you will find high-quality outdoor furniture from the Kartell brand in the form of a table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, our guests will find a comfortable sun lounger from which to enjoy the view of nature as well as a parasol. On request, a roll or breakfast service is possible in the morning for an additional fee. Breakfast is placed in breakfast boxes in front of your apartment door. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna, which can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna independently. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 AM but also in the evening at 10 PM. As soon as you go into the sauna, simply turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied." This guarantees that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs a one-time fee of €10 gross per person. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Massages can be booked in the apartment upon request. On request, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible. Also fresh towels. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people due to the sofa bed. For a 3rd and 4th person, €25 per person / per night. Children up to 7 sleep with us for free.
