Lrg. 2nd Floor Condo, less than 1 mile away from Surfside Beach (the family beach). In this space, you’ll have two floors to yourself. Located in same room as the 2 twin beds) - 1 Twin-sized cot bed (NO BEDDING PROVIDED* Located under one of the upstairs twin beds) - 1 Pack and Play (NO BEDDING PROVIDED* Located in bedroom closet by kitchen) BATHROOMS: - 3 FULL Baths. Two on main level and one upstairs. ABOUT THE AREA: - Lovely, quiet neighborhood in Myrtle Beach (Retreat at Glenns Bay) but away from all the noise and traffic! - Our condo is a short walk from our neighborhood pool (open seasonally from April-Oct). Note: no lifeguard on duty and no pool passes needed. - Take advantage of our private balcony and relax with a book or a morning cup of joe. Guest access PARKING: - Parking is easy, but please note, Only ONE vehicle is permitted to park in front of the condo and a parking pass is REQUIRED to be displayed on the dashboard (the parking pass will be provided and will be located on the wet bar counter inside the condo). HOA will tow any vehicles in front of condo without a parking pass, no matter what spot they are parked in. - Plenty of ADDITIONAL PARKING is available by the pool (just a short walk) and no parking passes are needed there. So if you have multiple vehicles, one can park in front of the condo (with a parking pass) and the rest can park by the pool (no parking passes needed). Just be sure to park in a blank spot by the pool. ENTRY: - Keyless entry (done with a door code). A customized door code will be provided to you prior to arrival. Other things to note - There is a TV on each floor, each with a blu ray player (we have a fair selection of movies to view which are in the drawer of the living room TV stand). The main floor TV has Cable and the TV upstairs has a Roku remote. - Complimentary beach supplies available for use in the beach closet (the key to the beach closet will be on the key holder by the door when you first walk in). ADDITIONAL HOA RULES: Please note that as per Homeowners' Association rules, NO PETS and NO TRAILERS are permitted at this location.
