Located at the entrance to Oualidia, this 35 m² studio has a patio and terrace with beautiful views of the lagoon (however, partial views, see photos). It is perfect for a couple or family with one (or even 2) children maximum. The beach on the lagoon (near the large Sultana hotel) is a 9-10 minute walk away. The main beach is a 5-minute drive away. This place will particularly satisfy nature lovers (fields around) wishing to escape the tumult of the crowd in summer. The space The studio has a bedroom area with a double bed and bench, a living room area equipped with a 190 x 70 bench. The room is extended by a kitchenette. In the background, large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. (No washing machine but you can have your laundry washed free of charge by the cleaning staff) Facing it are two flowered patios with garden furniture under a parasol. On the large terrace overlooking the studio, 3 deckchairs, and a small table with umbrella allows you to enjoy a beautiful view (although partial, see photos) on one side of the lagoon. Guest access All parts of the studio (access, patio and terrace) are private. Other things to note Grocery stores and coffee shop within 50 m of the house. Wi-Fi is accessible even from the terraces and for movie lovers the TV is a smart TV Possibility to benefit from a private taxi service from El Jadida station (450 Dirhams) or Casablanca airport (950 Dirhams) to the apartment (or vice versa).
