The apartment "Erbachstrasse" is located at the gates of Stuttgart, but centrally located in the countryside; everything you need to live can be reached in a few minutes on foot, Stuttgart can be reached in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. A public charging station is very close. 1 king size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa bed in living room (walk-through room) The space The apartment "Erbachstraße" is located in the middle of the Hohenacker district. The apartment has a large living-dining room with open kitchen and access to the large terrace as well as a large bedroom for 2 people with a working corner and a bathroom with shower/WC. In the bedroom there is an adjustable double bed, in the living room a queen-size sofa bed. Bed-linen, towels and wifi are included. For small guests we can, on request, we can provide a high chair, bottle warmer and travel cot. Guest access Within a 5-minute walk are a supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, several playgrounds and the bus stop, from which you can reach the beautiful old town of Waiblingen with its many half-timbered houses in a few minutes. The S-Bahn station Neustadt-Hohenacker can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, from there you can reach the city center of Stuttgart in about 20 minutes. For a trip into the countryside, the nature reserve "Unteres Remstal" is only 15 minutes away. Other things to note No smoking in the apartment, on the terrace/in the garden as well as on the way to the apartment.
