The space Ca' Soranzo is a bright and wide apartment situated on the first floor of an anciant building, in one of the most "truthful" neighborhood of the city. It is a modern apartment, and it is functional with every comfort. It is the ideal destination for families and small groups. It is composed of a living room with kitchen, an anciant chimney which cannot be turned on, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which with a private bathroom, a single bed bedroom (with an additional and optional single bed), and a second bathroom with shower. The apartment is made even more typical and unique view on the city and a garden. Guest access The guest has access to the entire flat. Please note that the flat can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children, even babies, guaranteeing a comfortable and cosy accommodation for families and couples looking for an unforgettable experience in the charming Venice. Other things to note * Ca Rosalba is a holiday rental apartment; therefore, the signing of a short-term tourist lease agreement is mandatory. * Upon check-out, the apartment must be vacated entirely, free of people and personal belongings. * Subletting is strictly prohibited. The stay is permitted exclusively to the guests who have been properly registered at check-in. * Within 24 hours of arrival, guests are required to communicate their estimated arrival time in the city and their means of transportation, in order to ensure more efficient assistance. * *Check-in times and access rules - Entry permitted from 15:00. - No early entry or luggage storage before handover of the flat for security reasons. - In-person check-in until 20:00. - From 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. self check-in will be possible. - If you wish to check in after 8 p.m., you must book in advance and pay an additional fee depending on the time of day, but no later than 1 a.m. - After 01:00 no check-in will be possible. * Tourist tax: Please note that for all reservations made through the Airbnb platform with a check-in date starting from Friday, March 28, 2025, the City of Venice tourist tax will no longer be included in the total amount shown on the platform. The tax must therefore be paid separately, in cash, at the time of check-in directly to our hospitality manager. This procedure is necessary as no agreement has yet been reached between Airbnb and the City of Venice for the automatic collection of the tax. Additionally, collecting it in person allows us to correctly apply any exemptions or reductions provided by local regulations, ensuring a fair and transparent charge.
