A gas barbecue-grill and a dining area under a bright umbrella are at your disposal so you can eat outdoors day or night. Located between land and sea, a few minutes' walk from the historic heart of Le Somail. The Canal du Midi crosses through Le Somail. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks, bike rides, or boat rides. In the center of Somail, you will find several restaurants, the Somail ice cream parlor, a bookstore and much more. During your stay and depending on the season you can enjoy tours, walks, river swimming or hiking. Narbonne 15 minutes away, the beaches 35 minutes away, the city of Carcassonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1.5 hours' drive away… We will be able to advise you on the must-sees of our region and suggest good places to visit. The in-between has been designed for your well-being so that you can find yourself, recharge your batteries and fill up with energy. During your stay: - Present your IDs upon arrival - Take a shower before using the hot tub with your swimsuit - You are responsible for the hot tub and must follow the maintenance and use instructions (*below) - Clean the grill after use Before leaving our suite: - wash, wipe and tidy your dishes - empty your trash cans when leaving (kitchen, toilet, bathroom, empty coffee capsules) - remove and gather the bed and bath linen on the bed without removing the mattress protector On departure: - Return keys - Report any damage or breakage (missing or broken dishes, stained linens, etc.) We do our best to offer you a jacuzzi water temperature of 38°C, however, we decline all responsibility in case of lower temperature if a drain is necessary on the day of your arrival. In case of abuse and non-compliance with the house rules and the instructions for use and maintenance of the hot tub (*below), additional charges may apply. At the time of booking, Airbnb informs you that your payment method may be charged if you cause damage during a stay. *JACUZZI MAINTENANCE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS - Take a shower before each use of the hot tub with your swimsuits to avoid foam (detergents) and keep the water clean - Tie up long hair - Use the hot tub for relaxation only - Do not exceed a temperature of 38°C for the hot tub water. A temperature of 38° is considered safe for a healthy adult. Lower temperatures are recommended for young children, in hot weather and when the Jacuzzi is used for more than 10 minutes. - Do not use the hot tub immediately after vigorous exercise - The hot tub is strongly discouraged for pregnant women, especially the 1st and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy - Exercise the utmost vigilance, we decline all responsibility in the event of an accident. - Follow the instructions for use and maintenance of the Jacuzzi that were explained and shown to you on arrival (only the "jets", "lights" and "-" buttons can be used). - For stays longer than 2 nights: the maintenance of the hot tub is your responsibility (pH and bromine test). This will be explained to you upon arrival. The following are prohibited in the hot tub: clothing, cigarettes, food, Bluetooth radio or speaker, cell phones, cameras or video cameras. All instructions related to the use of the hot tub must be absolutely respected to guarantee quality water (a check will be made before your departure. If draining and cleaning are required: €100 additional fee will be charged).
