The space is great for work travel, as there are 2 separate bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each room. For pets, we have to charge €50 for extra cleaning. The space Welcome to this spacious apartment. The apartment offers on 52 square meters enough space and comfort for up to four people, each with its own single bed for maximum privacy. The apartment is distinguished by its practical layout, and fully equipped kitchen including stove and fridge. Here you can prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy meals together. The cozy living room invites you to relax and offers enough space for social evenings. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and toilet and offers you everything you need for your daily comfort. Pets are welcome for a small fee so that your four-legged friends have a home too. The apartment is located just outside of Vienna, which offers you a quiet environment and yet allows good access to the city by public transport. There is also a common room without shower and kitchen which can be booked if more than 4 (max. 6) people want to stay overnight or want to book a room for meetings etc. Guest access The whole apartment is furnished for the guests! There is also a common lounge (shared with the tenant of the other apartment) with a pool table and football table. Other things to note The apartment is in a suburban area outside of Vienna (about 30-40min depending on where in Vienna and method of transportation). However, "Deutsch-Wagram" is a very comfortable, quiet and classy city.
