Granby Ranch base camp is a fantastic ski resort community with an award-winning restaurant, gear rentals for all seasons, a hot tub and heated, outdoor pool (both just a short walk from your door), a fitness center, and organized events all summer long, plus adult weekend events and kids craft times. You'll also have free concerts available at base camp, just a short walk away. You'll be close to many mountain and lake attractions and activities that include Rocky Mountain National Park, hot springs, horseback riding, and alpine sliding. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The shared pool is located at Ranch Hall. All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
