House has 2 floors and counts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. In front of the house there is a parking space for 3 cars. In front of house there is terrace with sitting area suitable for outdoor dining. Nearest beach is 5 min away driving by car, number of local restaurants are also in vicinity. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas beside second kitchen and basement on the ground floor and one bedroom on the 1st floor and the attic. you dont have to worry about these since they are all locked up.
