Villa Alexandros is a comfortable maisonette of 220 sq. m. in a quiet and natural area near the village of Koiliomenos, in Zakynthos. Inspired by the traditional lifestyle, it has been formed with stone and wooden elements, while its decoration is reminiscent of a mansion from another era. The space Villa Alexandros is a stone built maisonette at Koiliomenos village, that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in its spacious and full of natural light interiors. Beds arrangement: 1st bedroom: 1 queen size bed (1,60x2,00), on the ground floor, for 2 guests 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds (1,00x2,00), on the ground floor, for 2 guests 3rd bedroom: 1 queen size bed (1,60x2,00), ensuite, on the attic level, for 2 guests Living room: 1 double sofa bed and 1 folding guest bed, for 3 guests The main entrance is on ground floor and leads to the large living room, wonderfully decorated and furnished with traditional items mainly made from wood and cast iron. There is also a spacious dinning room and a fully equiped kitchen for all kind of meals preparation. Ground floor also features 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 queen size bed and 1 with 2 single beds that can turn to 1 double bed. Both bedrooms share a common spacious bathroom with bathtub and they have private balconies with spectacular view to the lush green hill slope and the Ionian Sea. Bedrooms are elegantly decorated and furnished for utter comfort, with all amenities you may need. The third bedroom is located in the attic on first floor and features 1 queen size bed, private bathroom with shower, a fireplace and a private balcony with marvelous view. Outdoor areas are extended at the gentle hill slope and are surrounded by pine and olive trees. You can enjoy your meals at the outdoor dinning area or relax watching the view from the charming wooden kiosk. The private swimming pool equiped with wooden sun beds and parasols offers endless moments of calmness as well as revitalization, while the smaller, shallow swimming pool for children helps parents to feel relaxed and worry free.
