With an area of about 80 m², it includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a master suite, as well as a private Jacuzzi area. Decorated with beautiful traditional moldings. The space This 80 m² family suite combines Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Located on the first floor of the Dar JuMa riad, it consists of two comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, as well as a second independent bathroom. The living space is enhanced by traditional moldings, bringing character and authenticity to the accommodation. A private Jacuzzi area completes the whole, ideal for relaxing after a day of discovering Marrakech, in an intimate and relaxing setting. Guests also have access to the riad's common areas, including the outdoor pool and shared terraces. Additional services are available upon reservation (breakfasts, homemade meals, wellness treatments, airport transfers, laundry – extra charge). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the suite, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and private Jacuzzi area. They also have access to the common areas of the riad, including the outdoor pool, shared terraces and relaxation areas, accessible in accordance with the calm and spirit of the place. On-site services are available upon request and at an additional cost. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our house and our rules: This is a new house; please treat it with care. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional undeclared guests will be charged €100 per person per day. - The introduction of illicit substances and the practice of sex tourism are strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. Important Information - Registration conditions: In accordance with local law, Moroccan couples must present a valid marriage certificate. Valid identification is required for all occupants upon check-in. - Security deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. You can choose to leave a passport of one of the occupants or to pay a security deposit of €150 in cash. - Video surveillance: For your safety, the common areas of the Riad are under video surveillance. - Pool heating: In order to minimize our environmental impact, the pool is not heated in winter.
