The space The villa features 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms and a beautifully maintained garden oasis. Conveniently located, the vibrant city center of Zurich is just 10 minutes away by car or public transport. A discreet staff member resides in the private lower floor (-1), which is reserved for staff use only. No guests are allowed to enter the lower floor. Our staff is only available for cleaning services which can be requested for an additional fee. Guest access You will have access to the entrance floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor which includes living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces, ensuring you to enjoy a private and comfortable stay. Please note that the staff is located on the -1 floor which is reserved for staff use. No guests are allowed to enter the -1 floor. The laundry room located on the 2nd floor. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please note the following guidelines: - No Parties/Events: Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted at the villa without prior approval. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all, so please respect our policy in this regard. - This is not a hotel: The villa operates as a typical Airbnb rental. Upon your arrival, the house is fully prepared with fresh towels, made beds, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee capsules, and other essentials. However, once these initial supplies are used, it is up to guests to replenish them as needed, just like in most other Airbnb accommodations. - Quiet Hours: We ask all guests to adhere to local laws and regulations, including observing quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. This helps us ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone. - Guest Identification: Before check-in, we require a copy of the ID for all guests staying at the villa. Please ensure that you provide this information in advance. Failure to present the copy's of all guests ID's will result in denied access to the property. Additionally, anyone present at the villa after 01:00 am will be considered a guest and must be registered. - Deposits: To secure your booking and cover potential damages, a security deposit is required in advance. The default amount is CHF 500 per night (minimum CHF 3,000), refundable within 30 days after check-out, minus any applicable deductions. Access to the property will be denied if the security deposit has not been paid. - Pets: Pets are not allowed at the villa. Any guest who brings a pet onto the property will incur a cleaning fee of 1000 CHF. - General Terms and Conditions: This property has a detailed set of house rules and general terms to ensure a smooth and respectful stay. These terms apply to all guests on the property and are available upon request. Terms and conditions have to be signed by the booker in order to receive access to the property. - Location disclaimer: A church is located next to the property. They usually ring the bells at specific times of the day for a few minutes.
