Modern cottage in countryside

This country cottage along the river, will offer you peace and serenity. Located in an old farm square, it will allow you to relax during your stay. A shared garden of 10000sqm is available. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are not included in the price of the stay and can be made available subject to availability for an additional fee to be paid on site. The space The Housing is located in an independent wing of our old farm square. A private entrance allows a perfect independence of entry and exit, during your stay. You will have a well equipped living/dining room, 3 independent bedrooms, a kitchen and a dedicated bathroom. You can enjoy the large garden (10,000m²) shared, access to the river but under your sole responsibility. There is also a petanque court (balls are available on request), and a ping pong table in the courtyard (ask the owner for the installation) Guest access The house is far from the village center (2 to 3 kms), so you will need either a car to access the shops (bakery in Locon for example, butcher and pharmacy also) or bicycles (not provided). Other things to note The housing is integrated with the old farm square but remains an independent housing which you have only the enjoyment, thanks to its independent entrances.
