Description
Newly renovated 190 m2 penthouse facing the cathedral. Four bedrooms (one quadruple and three doubles) and two bathrooms with double access, all exterior and with amazing views of Granada. A large living-dining room and kitchen. All facilities are designed and equipped according to high standards of comfort, quality and service (gradual lighting, machined blinds/mats, remote control, triple glazing windows, two showers at ground level with rainfall and waterfall). The space The terrace, rectangular and large, is a real watchtower from which to enjoy the city, with endless views to the mountain horizon that surrounds the province of Granada in any direction, spanning 320º of amplitude. In one view it is possible to enjoy the Torre de la Vela (Alhambra), Sierra Nevada in its entire extent and the Cathedral; difficult to find such views in Granada. It has a witty distribution that will surprise you. Three bedrooms are connected (you can choose to use them separately, join two of them or all three), the two bathrooms have double entrance allowing a direct (en-suite) access to the bathrooms from three bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has the separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and hallway. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with very comfortable mattresses. They all have a desk table and chair. • Bedroom #1 SUITE (with en-suite bathroom) has a bed of 180 cm and a second double bed of 150 cm with beautiful views of the west area of the city, • Bedroom #2 KING (with en-suite bathroom) has a huge 210cm wide bed (even bigger than the king format!), • Bedroom #3 QUEEN features a fantastic 180cm bed oriented to be able to gaze at Sierra Nevada from it, and • Bedroom #4 PANORAMA (with en-suite bathroom) has a 140 cm double bed convertible sofa bed and the largest window of the apartment, no more and less than 380 cm; • Requests for a twin bed and two double sofa beds are accepted in the living room. Bedrooms #1, #2 and #4 have direct access to the bathrooms (en-suite). Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4 can communicate with each other. Room #4 has a multipurpose functionality that allows to be used as a bedroom, but also as a work space thanks to its table and large window, or as a second living room, as it has a comfortable sofa, a small kitchen and a movie projector with HiFi speakers on the ceiling. Bedroom #2 King also has 43"smart TV and exit to a balcony with a small table and two chairs for private enjoyment of the views of the Cathedral and Sierra Nevada. The recently renovated Mirador de Siloé has been designed for maximum comfort, with special concern for energy efficiency and sustainability. Therefore, all the lighting can be adjusted in intensity to find the optimal point of comfort at all times. The regulation of lights, blinds and mats can be done via remote control for added convenience. The new triple glazed windows are large format, with extreme light input, and next to the interior windows in the hallway, the round window of the hall or the super panoramic window of the kitchen, allow you to take full advantage of the excellent orientation of the home (east, south and west), making the attic a space in which you can take advantage of the natural light throughout the day. The four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen have clear views of the city without sacrificing privacy, as there are no other buildings near that height. New bathrooms have unparalleled qualities in the sector. Large showers feature generous windows overlooking the Sierra Nevada and the Cathedral one, and west of the city the other (including Venetian blinds in case more privacy is desired). They have LED lighting niches and amazing thermostatic showers with a sprinkler on the roof for rainfall and waterfall. Both toilets have built-in bidé, and one of them advanced features such as heated seat, deodorizer, UV disinfectant, hairdryer, etc. Bathrooms are completed with double breasts, fabulous mirrors, 10x magnification mirrors and high-definition sound systems with bluetooth connection and FM radio to enjoy the best music. The large format black marble effect porcelain floor in one of the bathrooms, and the exquisite marble decor of the other bathroom, complete the qualities of these bathrooms more typical of high prestige hotels. Also noteworthy is the equipment and furnishings of the common areas. How many times do we encounter apartments that offer many beds, but then do not have a dining room and shared space proportional to their capacity? It is not the case with Mirador de Siloé, as the living room features two spacious white leather synthetic sofa longue and a huge dining table for 10 squares. It also happens on the terrace, with another large table that also allows 10 squares. The 50”lounge TV features satellite signal to enjoy hundreds of channels in various languages (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Arabic…) with all sporting events and film channels. Guest access The accommodation offers a number of rooms according to the size of the reservation as follows: • 1-6 people: 2 bedrooms (#1 SUITE + #2 KING) + 2 double sofa beds in the living room; 1 bathroom + 1 toilet • 7-8 people: 3 bedrooms (#1 SUITE + #2 KING + #4 PANORAMA) + 2 double sofa beds in living room; 2.5 bathrooms • 9-10 people: full apartment For bookings of up to 6 people, you have access to a bathroom + toilet. That bathroom (shower) has en-suite access from room #1 SUITE and the toilet from the hallway. There are 3 sinks, two in the bathroom and one in the toilet. For 7 or more people, there is another full bathroom with two sinks and direct en-suite access from rooms #2 KING and #4 PANORAMA. If you want to have more rooms than are available, you must make the reservation with the minimum number of people allowed. For example, a group of 6 or fewer people who want to use two bathrooms and three bedrooms will need to book for 7 people.
