The apartment is located in Val di Fiemme, Trentino, where the 2026 Winter Olympics will take place. Renowned top-level outdoor vacation resort in all seasons. We are in the Dolomiti Superski area with more than 100 km of alpine ski slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski slopes. The Skibus stop is 5 minutes away and takes you to all ski areas. 15 minutes to Passo Lavazè, ideal for cross-country skiing and snow walks in the presence of the Latemar and Catinaccio Dolomites. The space The apartment is located in Carano, Ville di Fiemme in a peripheral and quiet position, a 5-minute walk from the center of the village. It is on the mezzanine floor of a newly renovated semi-detached house according to energy-saving criteria. The house is very warm and intimate. In the bedroom and in the sitting room there are wooden floors and a beautiful antique stove that give the characteristic welcoming atmosphere of mountain houses. A comfortable double sofa bed, with a 17 cm high mattress that opens with a simple gesture, is located together with the TV in the sitting room which, like the bedroom, can be closed with a door and remain separate from the rest of the house. In winter, the boiler room is ideal for finding warm and dry boots. OUTDOOR SPACES: Guests have a beautiful terrace and garden that, during the summer, are full of flowers and furnished with a table, chairs, and sofas in the shade of a gazebo. IMPORTANT NOTE: Pets are welcome, I specify that both the garden and the terrace are not enclosed spaces but are only bordered by an open fence. Guest access I personally welcome guests by offering the necessary directions in real time. Access is via a very short climb starting from Via Giovanelli, Carano's main street. I send the location to arriving guests and, if necessary, provide directions by phone as it is a private road and does not appear on Google Maps. You have to pay special attention in case of snow, however, I provide a real-time update on the conditions of the road. I emphasize that, in case of heavy snow, it may be necessary to park the car in a different place, which I will indicate if necessary, and which is in any case a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is accessed after a short flight of external stairs, which is also the passage to the first floor, where I live.
