Our historic three-sided courtyard is located in the heart of Steinhöfel, ideally accessible via the central village street. A beautiful apartment with its own access via a spiral staircase that leads to the balcony - and castle views. We have awakened old floorboards from their slumber, sanded and oiled by hand, so that the apartment radiates the warmth of wood. A large dining kitchen adjoins the living area. The fireplace spreads comfort in cool temperatures. The space The bedroom has a box spring bed (king size) with a bed box, reading lamps and a dresser for clothes. From here, a narrow door leads into the children's cave with a bunk bed. In the living room, there is a large couch in front of a smart TV and fireplace, which can also be used as a sleeping place (140×200) - although we recommend occupancy with a maximum of 4 people. We have a spacious kitchen with a wooden countertop and a wooden counter as a dining area – fully equipped with a large refrigerator and wine rack. A bright bathroom with built-in shelf made of old floorboards and bathtub provides an extra wellness factor. Towels, soap/shampoo and linens are available to all guests. The private balcony has sunny seating. In the courtyard, all guests can also enjoy seating with tree shade, as well as a fire bowl, which can be used after consultation with us. In our farm shop, many groceries from us and from producers from the region are available 24/7. Access is via the same door code as for the accommodation - this will be sent to you by email and SMS one day before arrival. We heat according to the recommendations of the Federal Environment Agency. You are welcome to light the fireplace for €5/box of wood. Guest access Private access gives our guests maximum privacy. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is provided for exclusive use. A parking space on the meadow is available - if there are several cars, we ask you to use the parking spaces opposite the church. Other things to note Our farm is 130 years old, partly with historic paving in the courtyard. Access is via a spiral staircase. Therefore, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. Please note the COVID-19 restrictions that may apply at the time of travel!
