Our historic three-sided farm is located in the heart of Steinhöfel, ideally accessible via the central village road. A beautiful apartment with private access via a spiral staircase that leads to the balcony - and castle view. We woke up old floorboards from the Sleeping Beauty sleep, sanded and oiled by hand, so that the apartment shines in the warmth of wood. A large dining kitchen adjoins the living area. The fireplace spreads comfort in cool temperatures. The space The bedroom has a box spring bed (king size) with a bed box, reading lamps and a chest of drawers for clothes. From here a narrow door leads into the children's cave with bunk beds. In the living room there is a large couch in front of Smart TV and fireplace, which can also be used as a sleeping place (140×200) - whereby we recommend the occupancy with a maximum of 4 people. We have built in a spacious kitchen with wooden worktop and a wooden counter as a dining area – fully equipped with large fridge and wine rack. A bright bathroom with built-in shelf made of old planks and bathtub provides extra wellness factor. Towels, soap/shampoo and bed linen are available to all guests. The private balcony has sunny seating. In the courtyard, seats with tree shading are also available to all guests, as well as a fire bowl, which can be used after consultation with us. In our farm shop, many food items are available from us and from growers from the region around the clock. Access is via the same door code as for the accommodation - this will be sent to you one day before arrival by email and SMS. We heat up according to the recommendations of the Federal Environment Agency. You are welcome to stoke the fireplace for 5€/box of wood. Guest access Private access gives our guests maximum privacy. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is provided for exclusive use. A parking space on the meadow is available - for several cars we ask you to use the parking spaces opposite the church. Other things to note Our farm is 130 years old, partly with historic pavement in the courtyard. Access is via a spiral staircase. Therefore, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests who are bad on foot. Please note the COVID19 restrictions that may apply at the time of travel!
