A small, cozy and warm studio, with a wooden parquet floor that captures natural light, creating a soothing atmosphere. The double bed is placed facing the living room area with a two-seater sofa. This space is accompanied by a swivel wall TV, allowing you to watch from the bed or the living room! The kitchen area is open and equipped. The bathroom has a shower, a cabinet with sink and mirror as well as toilet. The space The studio is perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a sewing kit and a first aid kit, basic products such as shampoo and other essentials. The kitchen, meanwhile, is very well equipped with a microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, and much more! You'll also find basic products like salt and vinegar, making the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Guest access The studio will be fully at your disposal with full access. However, the apartment is in a very small building with only two apartments. We therefore ask you to be careful in the common areas when entering and leaving, so as not to disturb the occupants of the other apartment.
