Its large living room overlooking a flowered balcony, its dining room, its kitchen, its three bedrooms with bathrooms comfortably accommodate 6 people from the same family, or a group of friends, or a couple with four children. You will be perfectly quiet in this old half-timbered house with modern comforts, completely redone in 2018. The space The House is located in the city center, next to the Honfleur Tourist Office, close to many parking lots. Within a 250-meter radius of the house, you can walk to the Vieux Bassin, the picturesque houses of Quai Sainte-Catherine, the Lieutenance and the 17th century Greniers à Sel. Very bright with its large bay window that opens onto a large balcony: the living room, dining room and kitchen form a warm living room of 55 m2. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms adjoining a walk-in shower room, separate toilet, comfortably accommodate four people. Under the roofs, a beautiful master suite, and its large bathroom, invite you to rest and relax. Each room is equipped with its own flat-screen TV and offers a nice view of the old town. The comfort is modern, the decoration neat, the materials of quality. In the living room, the large screen (139 cm) 4K Sony TV gives access to 225 channels and has a DVD player. Internet is available in all rooms with free access. The dining room comfortably accommodates 6 people and 1 baby (A nice high chair is provided at no extra cost). Everything is provided (crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, fabric placemats, etc.) to create a nice table. Honfleur is a foodie's paradise. The kitchen is like the house: generous and open to the outside. Dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster are at your disposal, as well as a washing/drying machine and an ironing board with iron. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (160 x 200). Two bedrooms can be configured as twin beds on request. Possibility of installing one or two baby beds (provided).
