On request, it is possible to add a single bed in the double bedroom for the 6th person. At guests disposal there is a further bathroom with a shower. The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style, with attention to the smallest details. The 2 double bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The villa is fenced and surrounded by a beautiful garden where it is located the solarium with the 11x4 mt swimming pool. Outside, at guests' disposal, there are also a shower and a charcoal barbecue. Villa Ciuridda is located in a lovely location just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach of Alcamo Marina. The picturesque seaside town of Castellammare, with its charming castle and harbour, is 9 km away from the villa. The seaside town of Balestrate, with its restaurants and coffee bars, is 5 km away. Over there you also find a long well-equipped sandy beach with lidos. Guest access The villa is private. Other things to note • The Municipality of Alcamo applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from payment. The tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in. Please make sure to have coins with you upon arrival. • In accordance with Italian regulations, all guests must present a valid ID at check-in and sign the rental agreement.
