Fantastic accommodation for your stay in Dresden! Our Apartment Rooftop is on the 3rd floor (penthouse) of a residential building. It offers space on approx. 75 sqm of living space and was completely renovated and lovingly furnished for our guests in June 2021. Up to 4 guests can stay here. Two spacious bedrooms - Two balconies. A state-of-the-art kitchen and a bright shower room are just as much a part of it as a spacious living and dining area and your own parking space. The space The apartment was lovingly and stylishly furnished. Bright and friendly colors, modern facilities and all the amenities that are needed for a city trip these days. Parking space, two balconies, kitchen with modern built-in appliances and inventory. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location in Dresden-Großzschachwitz is perfect for exploring the city (10 minutes by S-Bahn to the city, bus stops in front of the door) or is halfway to the popular Saxony Switzerland (short distances to Pirna and Bad Schandau by S-Bahn or car). Shops are within walking distance. Good restaurants too. The coveted Dresden Elbe meadows are in the immediate vicinity, so that cycle tours along the Dresden Elbe valley can also be planned and executed from here. Apartment Rooftop - your ideal starting point to explore Dresden and the surrounding area! Guest access The penthouse is on the top floor of the residential building and offers three rooms and two balconies with a view of the countryside. Access is made possible via a key box, so that you can arrive individually and independently of time. You will receive the code after booking. Other things to note There is a spacious basement available to store the bicycles. The bus stop is right in front of the door (2 minutes to the S-Bahn station), a large shopping center is 3 minutes away on foot (REWE, DM, Gastro and many more) and various restaurants (sushi, Vietnamese, Italian) are within walking distance.
