The apartment is bright and cozy. Ideal to rest and disconnect. Ideal for a single couple or with 1-2 children. You can enjoy the apartment year-round. It is located in the village of Monachil, 50 meters from the beginning of the famous Cahorros route, 6 kilometers from Granada, 24 kilometers from the ski slopes, and 45 minutes from the beach. The space There is ample free parking in front of the building. The apartment has all the basics to start your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with all the small appliances you need such as a blender, toaster, juicer, electric and traditional coffee maker, iron, pans, 43-inch smart TV, oven and microwave. In the pantry you will find salt, sugar, coffee, oil. And in the bathroom: towels, soap, and shampoo. The apartment has electric radiator heating in all rooms that you can adjust to your liking and air conditioning in the living room for the summer. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but 5 km away there is a store with self-service washing machines and dryers where you can have your clothes clean and dry in less than 1 hour. As it is an apartment in a community of neighbors, please do not make annoying noises from 10 pm to 8 am. If you're wondering why I charge a cleaning fee, I do so to offer you the best possible cleaning and to have a lower nightly rate, so your longer stays of 2 nights will be cheaper. We have room to park your bike. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park right in front of the building in a large free parking area. We also have space to park your bike. 50 meters from the house is the beginning of the famous Cahorros route. In the village you have all the services you need such as a pharmacy, ATM, buses, greengrocer and supermarket also open on Sunday mornings. There are several restaurants and bars a few meters from the house where you can enjoy grilled meats, pizza, tapas, and more refined meals. Other things to note If you've come to Monachil to enjoy nature, there are several active sports companies with which you can enjoy hiking, paragliding, climbing, downhill biking or quieter options such as guided walks along the historical (Cierro de la Encina) and geological routes around the village. If you prefer to go down to Granada and visit its monuments and streets, you can take the bus or go down by car, it's just 7 km away. The ski slopes are 24 km from the village. To access them, you can use a road with picturesque scenery that leaves directly from the village. You can also go down to Granada, which is just 7 km away, and visit the Alhambra, walk along the Paseo del Loa Tristes, enjoy the views from the Albaicín, or watch the sunset from the many viewpoints such as the famous San Nicolás.
