The property was built by my family in 2010. It is located equidistant to the North and South Pembrokeshire coast with the Preseli Hills close by for wonderful walks. It is within easy travelling distance to most of Pembrokeshire's top tourist attractions, beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a spacious property with 4 kingsize bedrooms which easily accommodates 8 people. There is a Tesla car charger at the property along with an 'honesty box' for expenditure. The space Welcome to my beautiful home in the heart of North Pembrokeshire. On arrival at the property you will find lots of space to park multiple cars on the private, gravelled driveway. You will immediately be presented with a stone fronted property that fits well into the rolling hills (Preseli Hills) immediately behind. On the ground floor you will find two large bedrooms (one king size and one double bed but both rooms are equal in size), a large bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, an open plan kitchen/dining area and a large, relaxing living room with TV. On the first floor, there are a further two large bedrooms with kingsize beds and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The garden is equipped with tables and chairs and is tastefully designed, mostly laid to grass. It benefits from all day sun. Private off street parking. Free WiFi Guest access Guests can access the whole of the house but I do ask, if you are bringing any pets with you, that you are able to keep them down stairs and away from any soft furnishings and carpets.
