Church Bells House is a 3 storey Georgian townhouse located in the heart of historic Warwick, just a short walk to all the delights this bustling market town has to offer. On your doorstep is the majestic Warwick Castle, Priory Park, plus a large variety of eateries, pubs, supermarkets and the other essentials to cater for your every need. The house has a large kitchen and dining space that offers well equipped, comfortable living. All 3 bedrooms are good sized rooms with double or single beds. The space A quirky period property full of character, Church Bells House has three spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. The large kitchen and dining area is an ideal social space and a great place to eat and relax together. Designed with comfort in mind, Church Bells House comes fully equipped with everything you need to ensure an enjoyable and restful stay. Providing you with plenty of space to dine, relax and unwind, you will love the quiet location, despite its proximity to the centre of Warwick! Living Room The cosy lounge area is the perfect balance of comfort and style, with room for everyone to socialise, watch TV and relax. A Smart TV is provided, hence you can log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer accounts so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire. Kitchen and Dining Room The spacious dining area is the heart of the property and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The dining table comfortably seats six people and the log burner provides a cosy, warm atmosphere in the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils. Bedrooms 1 and 2 The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both rooms are stylishly decorated and fitted with double beds, soft bed linens and fluffy towels, providing you with a comfortable, relaxing space for you to enjoy during your stay. Each room has space to hang and store your clothes. Family Bathroom The first floor also boasts a large modern bathroom which has a freestanding bath, toilet, sink and a separate shower cubicle. Shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and moisturiser are all provided. So are bubble bath liquid and bath tray so you can enjoy a long, relaxing soak in the tub whilst watching your tablet device with a glass of something soothing. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom is located on the top floor and has two single beds, along with soft bed linens and fluffy towels. Clothes storage is provided for both hanging clothes and drawers for folded clothes. Please note: the stairs up to the twin bedroom are steeper than normal. Outdoor Area The courtyard patio is a sun-trap and hence a great place to enjoy the sunshine any time of the day. The area can be accessed through the patio doors from the kitchen. This is a nice private area, with no external access. There is an ashtray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking permitted inside the house. Parking There are plenty of parking options located a short distance from the property. You will be able to park up temporarily and unload your belongings in front of the house but please note that you are not able to leave your car here as it is a no parking zone and traffic wardens do patrol the area. There are many on-street spaces as well as a car park all within a two minute walk of the property. All these spaces do require fee, generally £12 per day for parking. Upon booking, we will provide you with directions, details and maps of parking spaces to ensure you have an easy arrival, stay and departure. With everything so easily accessible by foot in Warwick, it’s likely you won’t need to use the car much during your stay!
