The space Situated in an attractive gated development, The Porthcothan is a modern three bedroom apartment laid over two floors featuring a bright open plan living area which bursts with natural light during the day meaning you can always make the most of the sunshine. Through the patio doors in the lounge, a sea facing balcony awaits, with amazing views over the beach, you can dine al fresco whilst watching the waves crashing. There are three bedrooms in total sleeping up to 6 guests, the master bedroom boasting absolutely stunning views out to sea to start the day the right way! INSIDE SPACE... The lower floor of the apartment includes a modern open plan living room which enjoys views out across the beautiful blue sea and golden sands of Treyarnon Bay. With a well equipped kitchen to include built in washing machine and dishwasher, dining table and chairs, an armchair and a corner sofa which looks out through the patio doors to the sea beyond. The third bedroom is tucked behind the living area, with twin beds. There is also a useful cloakroom in the hall with toilet and hand basin. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom overlooking the bay, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room adjacent to the family bathroom which includes a bath with shower over. OUTSIDE SPACE... The Porthcothan has a paved balcony accessed from the living room, with glorious views across the bay and out to sea, a glass and stainless steel balustrade, dining table and chairs. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment which is laid over two floors. Other things to note PARKING... There is allocated parking for one vehicle within the gated grounds of the Ocean Blue development. EV CHARGING... It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at The Porthcothan. BEDS... Both twin rooms have 2’6” beds (slightly narrower than a standard single). LINEN... Linen and towels are provided in the property, but please bring your own beach towels. ACCESS... When gaining access to the property from the main car park (paved) there are 10 plus steps to the main entrance. Once inside there is one internal staircase. Please note: This property has a balcony on the first floor.
