House on the banks of the Loir

Air-conditioned detached house with two bedrooms near downtown with views of the Loir. Self check-in and checkout for up to 6 people. The space 50 m2 non-smoking air-conditioned house close to the city center with direct access to the Loir. Including: - A first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - A second with a bunk bed (2 beds of 90 x 190) and a baby cot - A living room (sofa bed) open to the equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and Senseo coffee maker) - - A bathroom with shower and separate toilet We provide bed linen, bath mats, tea towels and a bath towel per person. You will also find everything you need for a pleasant stay (coffee, chocolate, cappuccino, sugar, salt, pepper, raclette and fondue set...) Regarding children, there is the travel crib with an extra foam mattress, a sleeping bag, a changing table, a high chair for babies over 6 months, and suitable dishes, remember to specify the age of your children. We also offer a baby bath, bath chair or bath ring. A washing machine (laundry detergent provided) is available in the outbuilding. The 500 m2 garden is composed of a lawn area with wooden terrace on the Loir side and a large parking lot that can accommodate several vehicles on the street side. A lockable outbuilding attached to the house can accommodate your bikes. At the end of your stay, the accommodation must be returned clean and tidy, the sheets removed. We trust that you will respect the selective sorting of waste in the outbuilding. See you soon Guest access The entire house is accessible as well as an outbuilding to be able to store your bikes. Other things to note Check-in (after 4pm) and checkout (before 10am) times can be adjusted if you ask us in advance. We also provide sheets but not towels. We can provide you with a bath towel + a hand towel + gloves for €5/pers. No pets are allowed
