The studio is 150 meters from the beach (supervised in summer), a 5-minute walk to the port, shops, restaurants and market. It has a small terrace to have your meals outside (also serves as a "smoking area"). The living room includes a sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm). At the entrance: a retractable desk that turns into 2 single bunk beds. The studio can therefore accommodate up to 4 people and in addition a baby or a young child in a bed/umbrella (on request). Guest access The entire studio will be at your disposal. Other things to note You will enjoy air conditioning (ideal for summer) convertible to heating (winter), Wi-Fi, TV (with box) and desk. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/microwave, electric hobs, fridge, coffee machine (capsules provided), kettle, immersion arm, cooking equipment and dishes, as well as basic products. The bathroom features a shower, washing machine and drying rack. Linens (sheets, pillows, duvet, bath towels) and household products are provided. The residence has an elevator.
