Kingfisher cottage private garden, self contained

Kingfisher cottage is a sunny 120 year old cottage with new modern facilities. 7 min walk to the beach, splashpoint pool&spa and there are lots for the family to do from bowling,crazy golf, kite surfing, free outside gym equip, water springs and lots of sea air. There's a park in 3 minutes walk and shops ,bars and restaurants 10 min walk to town.4 minute walk to Worthing hospital. Please request if you would like to bring your dog. There is a small fee. We kindly request a £200 damage deposit The space Kingfisher cottage is refurbished cosy comfy cottage with modern facilities but lots of old charm. We have provided good quality comfy full size beds and plenty of seating including a double sofa bed for extra guests. We also provide a travel cot for little ones for no extra charge. There is a large step in shower. We provide a changing table with built in bath for guests with babies. There is a tv in both bedrooms and lounge, WiFi and DVD player. The garden is private and secure with an accessible toilet. Your dogs are welcome pls request there is a small fee. Guest access The private enclosed secure garden is ideal for the children to play or for friends and family to meet up for a barbecue. There's plenty of seating and a large parasol in the real sunny garden. Pets are welcome for a small fee please request with details when you book. Parking is free street parking with the vouchers we provide. There is a child and dog friendly park within 3 minutes walk at the end of the road and the beach is a 10 minute walk from the top of the road. There is a convenience, store, pub, takeaways just a few minutes walk from the cottage. The 700 bus to Brighton and Chichester runs along the seafront a 10 minute walk from the cottage. There is a quick walk to the town and local Waitrose and Lidl. Other things to note There is street parking outside the cottage we will give you parking vouchers for everyday of your stay for free. We can accept dogs. We cannot accept cats.
