The scenic uniqueness of Saxon Switzerland and especially that of our small climatic health resort is worth protecting. Therefore, the wonderful district of Niederrathen, in which the house Felsental is located, is a traffic-calming zone. From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The space The 120 m² apartment TAL is suitable for 4 to a maximum of 11 people and has 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The apartment has a veranda overlooking the town center. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have a double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as the possibility for an extra bed. The 2 bedrooms in the attic have 3 and 4 beds and can be reached via a steep staircase. There is 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor with a bath/toilet and 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a shower/toilet. In addition, the apartment has a terrace and a bicycle storage room. There are two parking spaces per apartment approx. 100 meters from the house. Guest access Thanks to the good connection to the S-Bahn, bus and ferry, excursions to the neighboring hiking resorts along the Elbe or to the cultural metropolises of Pirna and Dresden are also a breeze. Other things to note Tourist tax Kurort Rathen The spa town of Rathen charges a visitor's tax for all overnight guests. We have to pay this to the spa, otherwise we can't accommodate anyone. In return, you will receive discounts. The price of Airbnb is therefore plus tourist tax. The visitor's tax in Rathen is currently from 04/01 - 10/31 per adult from 18 years 2.50 euros/night, 14-18 years and from 50% degree of disability 1.25 euros/night/person.
