It consists of a beautiful living room with fireplace which opens onto a balcony. The orientation is double: South and West. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The Grand Duc 8 apartment has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bath and a small laundry room with a washing machine.
