The house is 160 sqm, the territory is 14 acres. The 1st floor has: - A living room Kitchen - a bedroom - Bathroom (shower) - summer open terrace. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms - Bathroom (bathroom) On the premises: A barbecue area Parking space Guest access Neskuchny Dom can be reached by car or taxi. Parking on the premises is free of charge, designed for 5-6 cars. • The city center is 15-20 minutes away by car. • 1h 10 min to Tunoshna Airport • Yaroslavl-Glavny railway station is 30 minutes away. • Volkovsky Theater is 24 minutes away. • The Planetarium is 25 minutes away. • Ferris wheel is 28 minutes away.
