Recently built designer loft by the renowned architect Rafael Soler (09/2021) with independent entrance. It has capacity for 3 people, two in a 1'50m bed in the bedroom and one in a sofa-bed in the living room. Located in the historic center of Granada, 2 min walk from the Cathedral and 5 min walk from Alhambra bus stop. Area surrounded by tapas bars, stores of all kinds and monuments. Located in the heart of Granada. In the same building you have bakery, greengrocer, wine store, ham cut, etc.. The space The loft is recently built (09/2021) it has a bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.40m sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a 1.40m shower tray and a full equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, induction cooker, dishwasher, smoke extractor, blender, wine glasses, crockery etc. It has air conditioning and heat pump. It has a separate entrance from the street, so there are no stairs to access it. Guest access The area is practically pedestrian and with restricted circulation, so the ideal thing would be to leave your car in any of the public car parks in the area. However, you can get to the door of the accommodation by car, outside of restricted hours. (Allowed from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). Other things to note The accommodation street has restricted circulation on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, therefore there is hardly any parking on the surroundings. So we recommend you to place your car in a parking. You have several parking close to the apartment, within a radius of approximately 200 meters.
