With us, a nature vacation awaits you. Our comfortable gîte is located in the heart of the Gorges de l'Allier in Haute-Loire, close to Lavoute-Chilhac, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Our gîte is located in the heart of a hamlet, in an old village house completely renovated. The terrace with views has a Chilean, ideal to enjoy in the evenings. With us, it's good to take your time. Our house is for 2 people (possibility of 1 baby or 1 toddler - free). The space Ground floor: vestibule to take off shoes, drop off coats, reception table and garage (washing machine in the garage) 1st floor: living room with sofa, kitchen, dining area, terrace 2nd floor: bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people Guest access The house is fully reserved for our guests. Other things to note This is an ideal vacation rental for a couple. The gîte is intended for a maximum of 2 people. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed. You need to bring your own sheets and bathroom linen. Duvets, pillows and blankets are present in the cottage. We can provide a baby bed and a booster seat free of charge upon request. To be as fair as possible for our visitors, we have opted to charge for actual consumption (meter reading on departure and arrival), the KW is charged at €0.20. When the keys are handed over, a security deposit will be requested: - 1 check for €400 for the gîte deposit - 1 check for €100 for the cleaning deposit. Without a security deposit, the gîte will not be delivered.
